Introducing AFFINA’s Elite Student Program

This is a unique opportunity for you to build your work experience record. We are interviewing High School students for this unique program. Requirements include:

  • 16 years of age,
  • good academic achievement,
  • good school attendance record.

We are seeking High School students to become a member of this elite group of inbound contact center Customer Service Representatives to respond to consumer inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, e-mail, mail and web chat.

This program provides the opportunity for you to create a valuable work history with skills employers want, including:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skills
  • Sales strategy development including value statement formulation
  • Effective utilization of reference tools, including online and web-based manuals and reference guides
  • Company policy and procedure adherence and compliance
  • Leadership, training and mentoring skills
  • Professionalism in attitude, speech, and appearance.
  • General business savvy and acumen

AFFINA will hire up to 40 Customer Service Representatives in the area for our two Peoria, Illinois locations to work part time hours, evenings and weekends, throughout the summer and school year.
