Call Center Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Needed.

No Clinical Work.

Great Hours and Competitive Salary.

NO CLINICAL WORK!!!!! WEEKDAYS ONLY, No evenings or weekends!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Handle escalated calls from consumers and/or health care professionals.
• Utilize medical knowledge to properly probe and identify all adverse events.
• Address the needs of customers by providing them with accurate, complete, consistent, accessible, and timely information to optimize every interaction.
• Act as a subject matter expert resource, primarily for responding to customer inquiries.
• Provide oversight and quality control to general customer service representatives and other team members on escalated matters.
• Establish and lead a peer review program for monitoring escalated contacts.
• Ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a liaison between AFFINA and client, stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure team is in compliance.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Minimum of two to three years experience in pharmaceutical industries and/or related healthcare industries.
• Clear and precise verbal communication is necessary for this position and high commitment to consumer satisfaction.
• Extremely strong computer skills are necessary.
• Excellent ability to work with a team.
