AFFINA breaks into Top 10 on 2006 CIS Magazine Top 50 Inbound Honors

AFFINA - An HTMT Global Solutions Company, has received the 2006 "Inbound Teleservices Agencies Top 50" award, improving its position from 13 in 2005 to 10 in 2006. This is the 15th consecutive year AFFINA has earned the prestigious award.

The Inbound Teleservices Agencies award, based on inbound long-distance telecommunications service records and third-party verification, is given by Customer Inter@ction Solutions (CIS) magazine and was recently announced on their website www.tmcnet.com. The printed article will be included in the trade publication's April 2007 issue. AFFINA is ranked 10th in the CIS list of U.S. service agencies whose primary business function is provision of inbound teleservices for outside firms. AFFINA’s 2005 ranking was 13. It is truly the benchmark for choosing large-size, large capacity teleservices agencies."
