AFFINA will Hire 200 New Customer Service Representatives in Peoria

To support seasonal growth, AFFINA will hire more than 200 individuals for its contact center operations in Peoria between September and December.

AFFINA’s Peoria contact center operations provide inbound customer service support for a number of companies across several industries including telecommunications, transportation, consumer electronics, consumer products, packaged goods, publishing, government, and healthcare.

“The open positions are primarily for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to answer inbound calls, e-mail and white mail inquiries from AFFINA’s clients’ customers,” said Wendy Basham, Vice President of Human Resources. “We hire each year to accommodate many of our clients’ seasonal busy seasons, which run October through January.”

The 200 positions are entry-level inbound customer service positions, answering phone calls and e-mails from consumers seeking assistance or information for some of the world’s most recognized brand names. The positions pay up to $9.25 per hour.
