AFFINA Set to Hire 100 New Employees for its El Paso Operations

AFFINA – An HTMT Global Solutions Company is expanding employment at its contact center operations here and is offering on-site career fairs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on February 25 and 27 as well as March 3 through March 5. AFFINA’s contact center in El Paso is a sales and customer service support operation, and the available positions are inbound contact center sales positions.
“The positions are for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who believe that sales begin with quality service. Our CSRs will answer inbound calls from one of our client’s customers,” said Kim Maschek, Operations Director. “Most of the positions have a starting wage of $13 per hour, along with the ability to earn commission for strong sales performance.”
